1. How do I request a catalog?
Catalogs are available upon request and sent FREE
of charge. You may request a catalog online from our Request Catalog
page. Simply fill in your contact information, choose the catalog
you would like to receive (Efinger's Athletic Goods Catalog or Efinger's
Apparel Catalog), and a catalog will be sent to you immediately.

2. How do I place an order
with Efinger?
1. Order Online
At this time our products are
not available for purchase by online. You will be notified
when you can purchase our products online and use our e-mail service.
2. Call Us
You may place an order or contact us with any questions
during regular team business hours. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and
Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Wednesday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM EST.

3. How will I be billed?/How
can I pay for my order?
Purchase orders are accepted upon credit approval
and payable on Net 30 Day Terms. Efinger also accepts Visa, MasterCard
and American Express credit cards for all purchases. Top
4. Will I be charged sales
tax?
If you are a customer that is sales tax exempt, please
be sure to check with us to determine if we have a sales tax exemption
certificate on file for you. If you do not, or you are not tax exempt,
we are required by law to charge you sales tax. Top
5. What are my shipping charges?
Shipping & Handling Charge:
For delivery within the 48 contiguous states, we will add 13% of
your subtotal or minimum of $15 to your purchase price. We will
add an additional $30 if your order includes one or more Truck Ship
items. If the web site and catalogs specify that "price includes
delivery" or "actual freight charges apply" we will
bill accordingly (not at 13%). For delivery outside of the 48 states,
we will the actual freight . Special delivery requests (inside or
residential delivery or phone notification) charges, may incur additional
charges. For shipments outside the 50 states, consignees are responsible
for local taxes and customs fees at the time of delivery. Call our

6. Once I place my order,
do you have Rush Service?
Rush Service:
Need it fast ? Ask for Rush Service when you order any in-stock
items before noon, Eastern time. We'll process your order that day,
and ship via Overnight or 2-Day Air Service for nominal fees (certain
conditions apply).
7. If an item is backordered,
how long before I can expect to receive it?
We do our best to keep every item in stock, and we
succeed 95% of the time. If we do need to backorder merchandise,
you will be informed of the backorder on your shipping confirmation.
Efinger has an outstanding track record of shipping most backorders
within two weeks. Top
8. How do I return merchandise?
A Return Form will be included with your order. If
you cannot locate this form, you will soon be able to download it
online here. For now, we ask that you call us at 1-732-356-0604,
and we will be glad to give you return instructions. Please fill
out this form, include it with the merchandise being returned, label
the box and send it back to us.

Your return or exchange will be
handled at once so as not to delay the receipt of the products you
need.
There are no restocking or return
fees with Efinger. You are asked to pay for return shipping if the
item(s) were not damaged or defective when received or sent to you
in error.
